Hillbilly Igloo started with a simple idea: what if a café and bar felt like someone's living room — except the host actually wants you there?

We opened our doors on North Peoria with terracotta walls, soft lighting, and a menu built around the things we actually want to eat and drink. No gimmicks. No trying to impress anyone who isn't coming anyway.
